RSVP as a seller to reserve a table! Or sign up to volunteer! You can also register just to let us know you are coming. Admission is Free.
Seller information:
Set up a table between 8-9am before the swap opens. The swap will provide space and a 6’ table (to the first 25 registrants), but you must sell your own gear.

You can drop off items to be sold at a community table run by Bike Santa Fe volunteers. We will sell items for your listed price and pay out 75% of the proceeds.
Fee schedule:
Individual Seller fee: $10 or 5% or total sales (whichever is greater)
Club/Bike Shop fee: $30 or 5% of total sales (whichever is greater)
Community Table fee (Drop off, let us sell items for you): 25% of sale

NEW Early Drop Off (optional): Can't make it on Sunday? Beat the rush and drop your cycling consignment items or donations off the day before!
Look for the big truck front of rob and charlie's on Saturday May 4th from 3-5pm. We will sell items for your listed price on Sunday and pay out 75% of the proceeds by mail following the event.

Picking Up Unsold items: Items left with the community table will be available for pick-up until 1:30pm. Unclaimed items will donated to Free Bikes 4 Kidz or similar. We reserve the right to refuse community table items we think will be unsellable.
